I saw a horrible picture while I was playing a Zynga game. How can I report it? Please send all relevant information, including a link to the player’s profile if possible, a screen shot, and the location where you saw the photo to Zynga Customer Support. Another player posted some really mean things in chat.

To access your profile settings on a mobile device:
1. Go to the Profile & Stats tab
2. Tap on your profile or the edit button

3. You will now see all options that you can edit
4. You can find your user name right next to your profile picture
5. To edit any option or your profile picture, tap on it
How do I update my profile information?
You can now manually edit your Profile Information in game and without connecting to your Facebook account. The addition of this feature allows you to customize any of your personal information allowing you to be unique and creative in expressing yourself.
What information on my profile can I edit?
- Profile Picture

- First and last name
- Email
- Password
Here are some simple steps to update your Profile and add your own cool images!
1 - From the Homescreen, go to the “Your Profile” tab as highlighted below:
2 - Once on “Your Profile” select the “Edit” button as highlighted below:
3 - Once on the “Edit” screen you will be given a number of entry fields which you are able to edit. If you wish to change your profile picture for example, select the edit profile picture option as highlighted below:
4 - You will then be prompted to choose which method you would like to use to upload your picture (ie. “Photo Library”, “Take Photo” or “Use Facebook Photo” as can be seen below:)
5 - After you have selected your new Profile Picture, select the “Back” button which can be found in the top left corner of the screen. You will then be prompted with a pop-up asking you to save your changes. Don’t forget to hit save or any changes you have made will not be saved!
Note: for those of you that noticed that they have a new Profile Picture in the game, you may have connected your Facebook account or another Zynga game at some point in the past.
