FACE COVERING CAN BE REMOVED ONLY WHEN: Eating and drinking while seated at your table, or when asked to see your ID for alcohol sales, or while communicating with someone who is deaf, hard of hearing that makes wearing a mask difficult for them to understand, or if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask.
THE HOPE IS THAT EVERYONE WILL COMPLY VOLUNTARILY TO KEEP OTHERS SAFE. IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY, THE CONSEQUENCES TO THE BUSINESS AND THE INDIVIDUAL ARE AS FOLLOWS:
For Individuals: If mask mandate is violated, customer could be charged with a misdemeanor and fined up to $100.
For Businesses: We could be charged with a misdemeanor, up to $1000 fine, or imprisonment not more than 90 days.
